Face it ladies, as much as we may not want to admit to ourselves that our man may be cheating on us, it does happen. What you need to do is wake up and smell the flowers! A lady should be properly aware of her man's actions and exactly how he may be reacting (or not reacting) if she wants to know if her man is cheating as soon as possible. There were a number of popular "excuses" given to their wives in order to check out for a date with another woman. Among these excuses the following are prime examples: late work meetings with the boss, co-worker business outings, or time with male officemates or pals.

Passion for you or someone else!

A man can only put up with the act of saving face for so long, once his attention and care for you begins to dwindle than that is obviously a sign that he may be giving the attention and care to someone else! And if it's not a rekindled flame with his career and work, then it must be a passion for someone! But before you place all these signs of neglect or disinterest on another woman, talk to your man! Try to play the psychologist, because his loss of interest in you (or in the bedroom) may be stemming from a totally different reason or situation than you first thought of. A lot of mental stress can actually lead to the neglect of a partner. It may sound cliché but it's true, if your partner is going through the shock of growing old—a mid-life crisis of some sort—than you can expect that he won't be prancing around you with flowers for a certain period.

Leave some leeway for your partner's mental struggles

You must leave some leeway for your partner's own personal mental struggles when trying to figure out if he has really got another gal on the side or not. Of course, if it appears that your hubby is planning out personal trips on his own then this can be quite an obvious sign. Needing some time to think for himself does not necessarily have to include the Bahamas and a weekend cruise!

Too perfect can be a fishy circumstance!

Be aware though, that some men can still keep up with their normal sex lives with one life even while entertaining another! So regular sack sessions may still not guarantee your husband's faithfulness. What you can watch out for that a lot of cheaters may not even be aware of is things fitting together a little too perfectly. If your partner always ends up giving you more information than needed when you ask about certain outings or meetings, this can be an interesting way to catch a cheater. Too many details are definitely fishy! And a number of cheaters out there don't even actually notice that they are doing this because of their awareness of the lying and their ultimate goal of not getting caught!
