The issue of infidelity is one that seems to run rampant in today's society. In the past it seemed like the focus was on men cheating on their wives. However it is just as common for a wife to be having an affair as it is for the husband.
In fact women who do have an affair stay in them for a long period of time. This is often to have their emotional needs met because they aren't at home. Other women love the excitement of cheating and do so without any emotional attachment to the men they seek out.
While no man wants to think his
wife is cheating on him it does happen. There are some signs that can help you determine if it is possible your wife is cheating on you. Some of them are quite obvious such as you find she is now using birth control pills when you had yourself fixed some time ago. signs that your wife is cheating may not be so outward. You may discover that your wife stops asking for the two of you to go places together. Instead she is content to go by herself or with friends. She may tell you she spend the entire day shopping but she comes home without a single purchase.
Your wife may be spending large amounts of time of the phone but gets off the phone as soon as you come home. You may also find she spends less time talking to her usual friends. If she has shared information about the affair with her friends they may be acting strange towards her or towards you. If the caller ID is deleted from the home phone or the cell phone then you should be concerned.
If she tells you she is doing something with a friend ask about it later. Ask how dinner was or the movie. If she is quite vague then she may be hiding something. Likewise if you run into that friend and they act like they don't know what you are talking about then it is obvious she wasn't attending such events with that person.
Many married couples share the same e-mail account so you should be suspicious if she suddenly sets up a new one. You can find out by checking the history on your computer. You may want to find out where she frequents on the computer too because many affairs start out by talking with someone online. If the history is wiped clean then you should be wondering why.
Many women start to spend more time looking beautiful if they have a new love interest. Pay attention to her outfits and the time she spends on her hair and makeup. If she seems nervous before she goes out it could be due to who she is going to see. Look for purchases of new underwear and bras as well.
Take a look at her jewelry, especially her wedding ring.
Women who are cheating generally won't wear the items their husband bought for them. Look for new items of jewelry that someone else may have bought for her.
It can be very difficult to have to acknowledge the fact that your wife many be cheating. It is a good idea to not confront her about it until you have sufficient evidence. If you are suspicious of her every move it can end up destroying your marriage. However if you feel something is truly wrong and you have noticed several of these behaviors then you need to ask your wife face to face.
