Finding out if your spouse is cheating often takes paying attention to various details. Most everyone who cheats leaves behind some evidence no matter how careful they think they have been. You just need to know the right things to be looking for. Since you have likely been around your spouse for a great deal of time you know more about their habits and personality than they think.
For example if your spouse starts listening to different music than before, dressing differently, buying new clothes, trying a new hairstyle, leaves the house at strange times, or has a different attitude they may be cheating. Look for obvious signs that they are trying to hide something.
Does your spouse now use the computer only early in the morning or late at night when you are asleep? Are they deleting all the emails or using a new email address? Do they delete calls from the caller ID and go outside or to another room in the house to talk lately?
