There are plenty of physical
signs that a man is cheating that get recognized by experts and various groups all the time. However there are also plenty of emotional signs he is cheating on you that you will want to learn about as well. The more of these signs your man is exhibiting the more likely it is that he is cheating on you.
Ironically, if he is paying more attention to you than he has in a long time he may be cheating on you. This is common in the early stages of an affair because the man feels guilty and he doesn't want to get caught. As time goes on he will return to his old ways though or start giving you less attention than before. Guilt also leads men to buy nice gifts including flowers and jewelry. If these items start coming your way suddenly then you need to question why.
Many women have an instinct when things just aren't right. If you ignore that feeling then you are basically allowing your man to have a free pass to cheat on you. Most women have very good intuition when it comes to these types of things. Look for signs that he is intentionally trying to pick fights with you. Does he leave the house afterwards? If so he could be manipulating you to get more time with his other woman. During these fights they may tell you they will be glad to just end things with you.
Look for extreme mood changes with your man. Is he happy to see you one minute and then annoyed about it later? It can be very hard for a man to continually burn both ends of the candle so he will be stressed out in many ways. Is he talking to you or keeping all of his feelings to himself? They also get upset if you try to do something nice for them because of the amount of guilt that brings for them.
If he has become very cold and isolated then he has cut himself off from you emotionally. He may become very critical about things you do that never were an issue before in your relationship. How is his relationship with his family and with his children? Has he stopped spending time with all of them as well?
If they are talking to you help them work on their self esteem. Many men are more likely to have an affair if they have a poor self esteem. It is a good way to prove to themselves that they can get another girl if they really want one. If the are very critical of someone else they could be secretly attracted to them and trying to throw you off the trail.
If your mate becomes angry when you ask about things like why they were late or something specific you should be worried. This is often a way for men to deviate from the issue at hand. They also don't want to get caught in lies so they avoid the questions you are asking.
Has your man suddenly changed the type of music he listens to? If so he was exposed to it somewhere. He may be listening to it to impress another woman as well. Ask him where he heard a song or what made him buy that particular CD.
It can be hard to turn off thoughts when we sleep. Is your man having trouble sleeping lately? Is he trying to sleep in different positions with you then normal? All of these emotional signs can definitely indicate that your man is cheating on you. While one of them by itself isn't something to end your relationship over you are in serious trouble if you have several of them going on in your relationship.
