Even if you already have reconciled, the fact that you cheated will always remain, it will always hurt, and it will haunt you. Your relationship will never be as it was before. You partner will always have trust issues after the infidelity.

If you decide to confess, expect that he/she will ask for details of everything you did. You will be asked to describe your steamy encounters; your partner will be pissed and hurt when you describe the details. If you lie, they will know it and they will get more hurt and angry.

Expect that whatever actions you described you did with the other woman, you partner will refuse to do the same with you, because of the pain it will cause in reminding her of your infidelity. There no way around this one.
